Ok, it's officially now been 4 weeks of no smoking. 4 weeks, 28 days, 648 hours of no nicotine flowing through my body. It's kind of crazy to think that I don't do that anymore. It's actually weird to watch other people smoke and pass by them. The smell doesn't bother me as much as I thought that it would. Also the exercising has been going well except for the past couple days. I should say that it's not so much that I don't want to or i'm getting lazy, but there have been some other factors that have been conflicting with my exercise times. The last time of actual walk/jog was Tuesday, and p90 has been last week. I'm hoping to get back into it at least by Saturday or Sunday. It all depends on if I can work through the cramps of if they stop. So need to keep this up if I am ever to get to my goal. DETERMINATION!!!!
